Purpose: The purpose of 3-C Leadership is to instill key leadership principles into the life of the participants. Principles that will help people to develop high capacity growth. This includes teaching for Head coaches, coaching staffs, athletes. built around three circuits with six stations.

5 STEP PROCESS
Step 1. Identify your players that are juniors or seniors that show interest at playing beyond high school.
Step 2. Fill in the information completely on each player including family information, all phone numbers and vitals.
Step 3. Call Peak Performance H.Q. upon receipt of this notice.
Step 4. Complete the Coach's Response Form checking all the boxes that apply. Forward your response and call Coach Mac at Peak H.Q.
Step 5. We will call you back to initiate your inclusion in the Peak Performance Family.
